Refund policy

At Sol & Nieve, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

If you would like to start a return, please contact us at solynieve.shop@gmail.com and include your order number.

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on availability. Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note: all sale items and custom-made products are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
